Jeff Seacrest
Senior Pastor
Pastor Jeff came to RCC in January of 1997 to serve as Youth Pastor. In October of 2025, he was called to be our Senior Pastor and desires to continue in RCC’s mission to teach God’s Word of grace, mercy, and peace in Jesus Christ our Lord. During our search for a new Pastor for our youth, he continues to minister to the Middle School, High School, and young Adult students.
Charles Chelle
Christian Education Pastor
Pastor Charles joined us in January of 2001 as our Christian Education Pastor. He oversees all the Sunday School Classes from Nursery through 5th Grade and Adult Classes, the MomCo Ministry, the AWANA Program, and all the Children’s Ministries.
Joshua Nadel
Worship Pastor
Pastor Joshua joined the pastoral staff in January of 2006 as our Worship Pastor. He oversees all the selection and preparation of music; training and recruiting worship leaders, instrumentalists, singers, sound and video technicians; and maintains the church website.
Joseph Gross
Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Joe graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and has served RCC since 1980, first as Youth Pastor, then Assistant Pastor, and from 1984 to 2025 as Senior Pastor. Now he continues to serve as our Pastor Emeritus. Pastor Joe exhorts us to exalt God, encourage one another, and evangelize the world.
