Joseph Gross
Senior Pastor
Pastor Joe graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and has served in this church since 1979, first as Youth Pastor, and in 1984 he accepted the position of Senior Pastor. He exhorts us to exalt God, encourage one another, and evangelize the world.
Jeff Seacrest
Youth Pastor
Pastor Jeff came to RCC in January of 1997 and serves as our Youth Pastor. He oversees the Sunday School for Middle and High School Youth and leads Middle School and High School Youth Groups on Tuesday and Thursday evenings respectively.
Charles Chelle
Christian Education Pastor
Pastor Charles joined us in January of 2001 as our Christian Education Pastor. He oversees all the Sunday School Classes from Nursery through 5th Grade and Adult Classes, the Mothers of Preschoolers Ministry (MOPS), and the AWANA Program for children.
Joshua Nadel
Worship Pastor
Pastor Joshua joined the pastoral staff in January of 2006 as our Worship Pastor. He oversees all the selection and preparation of music; training and recruiting worship leaders, instrumentalists, singers, sound and video technicians; and maintains the church website.
